Shipping

Same-day dispatch applies to orders received by 12.00 pm (AEST) during business days. Orders received after 12.00 pm and on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery fees are $9.95 flat-rate per order Australia-wide, no matter how many products are in it. Orders containing bulky items over 20kg or over 1M in Length like filters and heat pumps will incur additional costs. Please email for prices

Below are the estimated time to arrival in business days once an order is shipped.

Sydney – Newcastle  1-2days

NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT  2-4days

SA  4-6days

WA / NT / TAS  7-10days

Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer.

Limited Regional & Remote Areas Policy*

Some products can only be shipped to certain states due to restrictions from the manufacturer or logistic partners. Should your order contain products that have restricted shipping, or cannot be shipped to you, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

Particular regions & postcodes across Australia (below) are defined as regional or remote by shipping carriers which will incur a shipping fee regardless of the spend on your order. Shipping fee is based on your cart and your location within Australia, this fee does not guarantee delivery to your door if you live in an area with difficult access for a truck to tail unload a bulky order safely, this is at the carriers discretion.

Carriers also define an order greater than 20KG as bulky which may have applicable shipping fees applied at checkout to any postcode across Australia.

South Australia: 5200 – 5999
Northern Territory: 0800 – 0899
Queensland: 4820 – 4899

Pre Orders

Pre-ordered products have a blue “Pre-Order” button rather than a green “Buy Now” button. Pre-ordered products have a 5-10 business day lead time prior to shipment. Items not in stock, pre order or on backorder will be shipped when the product arrives at our warehouse. Orders containing multiple items in stock and items not in stock will be held until all items are in stock and can ship together. These items cannot ship the same day and require lead time prior to shipment.  

the case of unforeseen delays from our supplier(s) occurring which in-turn causes the dispatch time to exceed 10 business days, you will be notified and kept up to date of the new dispatch ETA.

Heavy, Bulky & Oversized Orders

PO Boxes, Address changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified prior to dispatch, once an order has been sent, we can contact the carrier, but there is no guarantee a cancellation, or change or address will be completed.

We accept no liability for any incorrect shipping addresses supplied by you and no refunds or secondary shipment costs will be offered or covered if further charges are required should you provide an incorrect shipping address.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require an additional business day to process prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via Australia Post. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box. If we cannot deliver to a PO Box you will be contacted for an alternative shipping address. Please use physical shipping addresses where possible when ordering to avoid this issue. 

Returns

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of the products that you order from us. We will replace at our expense any product that arrives faulty, damaged during transit, or is the incorrect product. 

Warranty – All product come with receipts and warranty information for claims made within the warranty period, Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.
